Content Writer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about writing, editing, and producing high quality marketing and operational content. The Content Writer will play a key role in developing clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging across a variety of formats while ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand voice. This position requires a strong ability to manage time effectively, work on multiple assignments simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Work Schedule:
This position follows standard business hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Punctuality and reliability are essential, and candidates must consistently report to work on time. This position is in-person.

Key Responsibilities:
The Content Writer will be responsible for creating a wide range of written materials to support marketing and business objectives. This includes developing compelling copy for brochures, press releases, promotional materials, and other marketing text for our clients. The role also includes the creation, organization, and ongoing proofreading of operations manuals, ensuring all content is clear, accurate, and aligned with company standards.In addition to content creation, the Content Writer will review and edit documents, ensuring that all materials are grammatically correct, well structured, and easy to understand. The individual will be expected to refine messaging, eliminate redundancies, and improve overall readability while maintaining the original intent and accuracy of the content. This role may involve working with detailed procedural and technical information, requiring careful attention to clarity and consistency.Collaboration with internal teams will be required to gather information, clarify messaging, and ensure alignment with company goals and branding standards. The role also involves managing multiple writing and editing projects at once, prioritizing tasks effectively, and adhering to deadlines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities are critical for success.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidates should have at least one to two years of professional experience in content writing, with demonstrated experience in copywriting and the creation of marketing materials such as brochures and webinars. Experience with developing and editing operations manuals is strongly preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, as these tools will be used regularly for document creation, formatting, and collaboration. The candidate must be comfortable handling multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Strong time management skills, accountability, and the ability to work independently are essential.The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent grammar, spelling, and sentence structure, along with the ability to write clearly and concisely for a variety of audiences. Attention to detail is critical, as the role requires thorough review and refinement of content to ensure consistency and professionalism across all materials.

Education Requirements:
A high school diploma is required. An associate degree is preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
