TMD seeks a highly creative, ambitious and motivated Content Writer to join its team.

The Content Writer is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for developing and executing content-led marketing strategies while keeping projects moving smoothly from concept to completion. This role sits at the intersection of content, leadership, and project coordination, serving as a primary client-facing lead and internal driver of execution.

Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee client vision and brand strategies aligned with both short-term goals and long-term growth.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Provide ongoing strategic direction post-launch to sustain momentum and unlock new opportunities.
  • Identify and activate opportunities for brand amplification, visibility, and audience growth.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive content marketing strategies.
  • Oversee content creation, curation, distribution, and promotion to drive engagement, sales, and brand growth.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, goals, and platform best practices.

Creative Leadership

  • Develop and produce high-quality content across organic and paid social media, email marketing, websites, and growth campaigns.
  • Provide clear creative direction while maintaining strategic focus.
  • Balance innovation with consistency to strengthen brand presence.

Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creative partners to deliver visually engaging, on-strategy content.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and smooth handoffs between strategy and execution.

Content Calendar & Workflow Management

  • Manage content and project calendars to ensure consistent, timely delivery.
  • Align content production with client branding, marketing goals, and publishing schedules.
  • Maintain visibility across multiple client accounts and initiatives.

Influencer & Network Marketing

  • Develop influencer and partnership strategies that leverage client networks and aligned creators.
  • Identify opportunities to extend reach and credibility through strategic collaborations.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices—particularly in author, book, and brand marketing.
  • Proactively introduce new ideas and approaches to improve results.

Efficiency & Scale

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and content development processes.
  • Leverage AI and marketing tools where appropriate to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Contribute to the evolution of agency systems and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably with a major in publishing, writing, marketing, business or communications.
  • Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing either on the client or agency side.
  • Experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or brand marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and execution.
  • Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and guiding content development.
  • Data-informed decision-maker with experience analyzing performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced agency environment.
