Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics, etc.) that aligns with brand identity
- Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to build community and strengthen relationships
- Manage paid social campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align strategies
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform features
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging
- Handle social listening, competitor analysis, and audience research to optimize performance
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) preferred
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred but not always required)
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or similar

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
