We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (Content & Reels)

What you’ll do:

Write and publish LinkedIn content (posts, articles) to build thought-leadership and professional presence.

Ideate, script, and create short-form video content / reels and posts for Instagram (and other social platforms) — from concept to execution.

Draft engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs tailored for LinkedIn and Instagram audiences.

Maintain a content calendar and ensure a consistent posting schedule.

Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, and optimize content strategy based on data.

Keep up with social media trends and platform updates, tailoring content to what’s current and effective.

What we’re looking for:

0–1 year experience (freshers are welcome).

Strong writing and storytelling skills.

Passion for social media and comfort with creating video content (can be basic — we value creativity over perfection).

Good communication, initiative-taking, and willingness to learn.

Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and basic understanding of what works where.
