About the Role
MoniSa Enterprise is looking for a strategic and creative B2B Content Writer to craft inbound marketing and thought leadership content that drives brand authority, engagement, and lead generation across global enterprise audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound Marketing Content
- Research and write case studies, whitepapers, blogs, eBooks, and email/landing page content aligned with buyer journey stages.
- Create LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and ad copies supporting lead generation and awareness campaigns.
2. Thought Leadership & Branding
- Partner with leadership to develop CEO-focused content (articles, social posts, interviews).
- Contribute to podcasts, YouTube scripts, and industry panel content.
- Collaborate with design for infographics, carousels, and video stories.
3. SEO & Analytics
- Apply SEO best practices and collaborate on keyword targeting and topic clusters.
- Track and report content performance and engagement metrics.
4. Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with marketing, design, and SEO teams to ensure aligned messaging.
- Ideate new content based on audience insights and trends.
- Manage multiple projects ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or Journalism.
- 3+ years of B2B content writing experience (preferably in Tech, SaaS, AI, or Localization).
- Proven experience creating high-converting inbound content.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, executive storytelling, and content funnel strategy.
- Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, etc.).
- Excellent command of language, tone, and brand voice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in language services, AI data, or enterprise tech sectors.
- Ability to repurpose long-form content into short social/email formats.
- Exposure to tools like HubSpot, Semrush, Notion, or Airtable.
- Understanding of B2B funnels, buyer personas, and ROI tracking.
