Job Summary:

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to overall business growth. This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about sales, communication, and learning digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through calls, emails, field visits, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Present products/services and support in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in marketing activities, events, promotions, and basic content creation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client onboarding.
  • Prepare sales reports, track performance, and share updates with the team.

Digital Marketing (Added Advantage):

  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to assist with online marketing campaigns and digital content creation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing or relevant internship.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and on-field activities.
