Job Title: Content Writer / Marketing Executive (Integrated Marketing – Online & Offline)

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and conversion-driven content for:
- Website pages and landing pages
- Blogs and articles
- Case studies and whitepapers
- Email marketing campaigns
- Social media posts
- Product descriptions
- Ad copies (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Press releases and newsletters
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to create SEO-optimized content.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain high editorial standards.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple digital formats (infographics, reels scripts, carousels).
2. Digital Marketing & Online Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Email Marketing Platforms
- Manage social media marketing strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Social media insights tools
- Improve search engine rankings through on-page SEO and basic off-page SEO practices.
- Generate leads through landing pages and digital funnels.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
3. Offline Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and coordinate offline marketing initiatives including:
- Events, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Corporate seminars and workshops
- Product launch campaigns
- Develop marketing collateral such as:
- Brochures
- Flyers and pamphlets
- Standees and banners
- Visiting cards and branding materials
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and advertising agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer segments.
- Support sales and business development teams with promotional materials.
4. Brand Management & Communication
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all online and offline channels.
- Assist in developing brand positioning strategies.
- Monitor competitor marketing strategies and market trends.
- Manage corporate communication materials and internal branding initiatives.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / Business Administration
Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in content writing and integrated marketing.
- Proven track record as content writer or similar role.
- Experience in FinTech company prefferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
