Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and conversion-driven content for:
  • Website pages and landing pages
  • Blogs and articles
  • Case studies and whitepapers
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Social media posts
  • Product descriptions
  • Ad copies (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Press releases and newsletters
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to create SEO-optimized content.
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
  • Proofread and edit content to maintain high editorial standards.
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple digital formats (infographics, reels scripts, carousels).

2. Digital Marketing & Online Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Email Marketing Platforms
  • Manage social media marketing strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Social media insights tools
  • Improve search engine rankings through on-page SEO and basic off-page SEO practices.
  • Generate leads through landing pages and digital funnels.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

3. Offline Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Plan and coordinate offline marketing initiatives including:
  • Events, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Corporate seminars and workshops
  • Product launch campaigns
  • Develop marketing collateral such as:
  • Brochures
  • Flyers and pamphlets
  • Standees and banners
  • Visiting cards and branding materials
  • Coordinate with printers, vendors, and advertising agencies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer segments.
  • Support sales and business development teams with promotional materials.

4. Brand Management & Communication

  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all online and offline channels.
  • Assist in developing brand positioning strategies.
  • Monitor competitor marketing strategies and market trends.
  • Manage corporate communication materials and internal branding initiatives.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / Business Administration

Experience Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in content writing and integrated marketing.
  • Proven track record as content writer or similar role.
  • Experience in FinTech company prefferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
