We’re looking for a versatile Content Writer who can craft high-quality social posts, blog articles, and on-site content that drives measurable results.

Job Description:

As a Content Writer on our SEO & Organic Social team, you’ll create and optimize content that fuels rankings, engagement, and conversions. You’ll write for a variety of industries, collaborate closely with SEOs, social strategists, and account managers to ensure every piece aligns with client goals and brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning: Build content roadmaps tied to keyword opportunities and audience insights.

Blog & Long-Form Writing: Research, outline, and write authoritative articles, guides, and landing pages that meet E-E-A-T standards and follow SEO best practices.

Social Content Creation: Write platform-appropriate post copy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok captions) that’s on-brand and built for engagement.

On-Page SEO & Optimization: Create compelling titles/H1s, meta descriptions, headers, alt text; implement internal linking; optimize existing content for freshness and performance.

Content QA: Edit and grade for grammar, clarity, brand voice, and accessibility.

CMS Publishing: Build and format pages/posts in common CMSs (e.g., WordPress), ensuring clean structure and schema opportunities where appropriate.

Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance via Google Analytics/Search Console and social analytics. Translate data into actionable improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with clients and internal teams. Communicate timelines, deliverables, and results proactively.

Trend & Best-Practice Tracking: Stay current on SEO updates, social trends, and content format innovations.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of professional writing experience, ideally in an agency or in-house marketing role.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, persuasive copy for both blogs/website pages and social media posts.
• Working knowledge of on-page SEO (keyword research, search intent, metadata, internal linking, basic schema concepts).
• Proficiency with Google Docs, WordPress (or similar CMS), and basic analytics tools (GA, GSC).
• Strong research skills; ability to synthesize complex topics into digestible, accurate content.
• Excellent editing/proofreading, attention to detail, and deadline reliability.
• Collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with content briefs, editorial calendars, and content workflows.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and other basic design platforms for social-first assets.
• Understanding of brand voice development and persona-driven messaging.
