Content Writer & SEO Specialist (Remote)

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Content Writer & SEO Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality website content, blog articles, landing pages, and SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and support business growth.

This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication skills, self-management, and collaboration with designers, developers, marketers, and project managers.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Writing

• Write engaging, informative, and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, landing pages, service pages, and marketing materials.
• Create compelling website copy that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics and competitors.
• Edit, proofread, and optimize content for readability and conversions.
• Maintain content consistency across all digital platforms.

SEO Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
• Create and implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content structure.
• Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, and SEO performance.
• Conduct content audits and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
• Stay updated with SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to execute content and SEO strategies.
• Participate in virtual meetings, project discussions, and content planning sessions.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Content Writing and SEO.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience with keyword research and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Experience writing website content, blogs, service pages, and landing pages.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Technical SEO knowledge.
• Local SEO experience.
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding.
• Experience using AI-assisted content and SEO tools.
• Knowledge of conversion-focused copywriting.
