Content Writer(Assistant)

Job Description:

Octet Solutions is a Canadian company operating across tech education, SaaS products, and the food service industry. We are seeking a passionate content writer with 2–3 years of experience in creating engaging, SEO-optimized content that aligns with our multi-industry voice. The role involves handling content for websites, ads, social media, emails, blogs, and internal documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Write clear, engaging, and well-structured content in English for restaurant menus, websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
• Research industry trends to craft thought leadership pieces, educational blogs, and product explainers.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to shape content around campaigns and product launches
• Develop SEO-optimized content strategies targeting relevant keywords across platforms
• Proofread, fact-check, and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment
• Adapt tone and style across brands in education, SaaS, and restaurant domains
• Help plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaign schedules
• Write video scripts, ad captions, and promotional taglines for digital assets
• Maintain and update internal content libraries (e.g., FAQs, product descriptions, onboarding guides)
• Track content performance metrics and suggest improvements to drive engagement and conversions

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio of published content demonstrating writing range and clarity
• Proven knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research tools
• Experience writing for digital platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and switch between multiple brands and tones
• Excellent English writing, grammar, and editing skills

Timings: Mon-Fri (9 am - 6 pm) - Onsite

Location: Octet Solutions, 30 R, DHA Phase 8, Ex Air Avenue, Lahore ( near Neon square)
