• Creating training materials to help AI models become more accurate, natural, and consistent in how they speak or write.
• Adding labels or notes to data so AI systems better understand human values and make decisions that align with them.
• Checking and improving the grammar and sentence structure of text written by experts or AI to make sure it follows language rules.
• Working closely with different teams like data scientists, engineers, and researchers to improve and update the training data.
• Helping update and improve the guidelines used to train AI models.
• Adjusting to changes in project rules and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Meeting daily goals like the number of tasks completed and time taken for each task, within the given time limits.
