Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating high-quality content such as blogs, articles, email marketing copy, basic press releases, case studies, presentations, survey summaries, and website content.

Support the content creation schedule by helping coordinate tasks through the internal task management platform.

Contribute to cross-platform content planning and strategy under the guidance of senior team members.

Write clear, concise, and well-structured copy that aligns with the company’s tone, brand voice, and mission.

Help track and compile reports on content performance across different marketing channels to support data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with team members during brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas.

Assist with editing and proofreading content produced by the team before publishing.

Support the maintenance of the editorial calendar and help document basic content guidelines.

Coordinate with external content contributors when needed and assist in researching potential new contributors.

Learn and support SEO best practices by assisting with keyword research, content optimization, and collaborating with the SEO team on basic technical SEO tasks.
