Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Content Writer who thinks like a researcher, writes with logic and intent, and cares deeply about accuracy over buzzwords. You enjoy breaking down complex topics, asking the right questions, and rewriting until ideas are clear, defensible, and useful. You are not here to produce volume—you are here to improve understanding.
What You Will Work On
You will create content around clinical trial recruitment, enrollment challenges, site burden, and operational workflows. This includes website content, blogs, brochures, pitch decks, demo narratives, and thought leadership for sponsors, CROs, research sites, and investors. Your work will shape how we explains its problems, solutions, and value.
Core Skills & Capabilities
You should be able to understand clinical research workflows, patient recruitment challenges, and sponsor–CRO–site dynamics, even if you are not from a life-sciences background. You must be comfortable reading industry reports, whitepapers, protocols, and internal notes, and converting them into clear, structured narratives.
Strong writing skills are essential. You should be able to explain complex ideas simply without oversimplifying, adapt tone for different audiences, and maintain logical flow and clarity. You should understand why content is written, not just what is being written.
Strategic Thinking
You should be able to map real problems → insights → positioning, challenge unclear narratives, and improve messaging through better framing. You care about precision, credibility, and consistency, not hype.
Collaboration & Execution
You will work closely with founders, product teams, engineers, and designers, often with incomplete inputs. You should be comfortable turning raw thoughts, call notes, or rough outlines into polished content, iterating quickly based on feedback, and owning content end-to-end.

We don’t care about formal writing backgrounds, or SEO gimmicks. We care about clarity of thought, learning ability, attention to detail, and intellectual honesty.
Culture & Work Style
There is no micromanagement, but there are high standards. You’ll have the freedom to work independently, but with real ownership. This is not a role for generic content creation—your work will directly influence how sponsors, CROs, Participants and research teams understand us.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹580,000.00 per year
