Content Writing Team Lead

About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and strategic Content Writing Team Lead to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives. This role demands creativity, consistency, and a deep understanding of content strategy across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, product descriptions, and social media.
• Optimize content using SEO best practices including keyword research, meta tags, internal linking, and readability.
• Collaborate with SEO, design, and marketing teams to ensure content supports overall strategies.
• Create content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all assigned pieces.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to create original and authoritative content.
• Ensure brand consistency across tone, style, and messaging.
• Review and update existing content to improve quality, accuracy, and performance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of content writing experience, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting.
• Strong command of English with excellent grammar and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Yoast.
• Ability to write for diverse industries and audiences.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
