The Opportunity
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Litigation Solicitor with a specialism in Contentious Probate to join our growing Dispute Resolution team. This is a strategic appointment aimed at strengthening our contentious probate offering and contributing to the continued development and success of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including contested wills, inheritance disputes, and estate administration challenges

• Working closely with senior colleagues to shape and implement the department's growth strategy

• Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships

• Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and maintaining the highest standards of client care

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+), with experience in contentious probate or related litigation areas

• Strong technical knowledge of probate law and civil procedure

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills

• A proactive, commercially aware mindset with a commitment to professional growth

• A collaborative team player who contributes to departmental and firm-wide goals
