Contents Manager (Fire / Water Restoration)

Build and Lead a Growing Division

PuroClean of Waconia is seeking a Contents Manager to build and lead our contents division.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all contents operations from pack-out to pack-back
• Manage inventory, cleaning, storage, and documentation
• Implement and run Contents track (or similar contents software)
• Build systems and processes for efficiency and quality
• Lead and manage contents technicians and labor teams
• Coordinate with mitigation and reconstruction departments
• Communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters
• Write or support estimates (Xactimate experience is a plus)
• Ensure proper documentation for billing and supplements
• Maintain warehouse organization and workflow
• Help grow and scale the contents division

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in contents restoration (fire, water, or mold) preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Experience with pack-outs, inventory, and cleaning processes
• Contents Track or similar software experience is a big plus
• Xactimate experience is a plus
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• On-call or after-hours response as needed (fire losses, emergencies)

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
