Content(Social Media) Manager

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Manager / Social Media Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with the brand’s voice and style.
• Develop monthly content calendars, campaigns, and strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Coordinate and execute photoshoots, reels, and videos for product launches, styling tips, and seasonal promotions.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Monitor social media trends, fashion industry updates, and competitor activities to stay relevant and innovative.
• Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand ambassadors.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Ensure timely posting, community management (replying to DMs, comments), and audience engagement.
• Write compelling captions, product descriptions, blogs, and other digital content when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
• Proven work experience (1–3 years) as a Content Manager, Social Media Executive, or similar role in the fashion/clothing industry.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Creative eye for fashion, photography, videography, and storytelling.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
• Passion for fashion, style, and current lifestyle trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
