Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering

Experience

2–5 years experience in utilities or process industry

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lead continuous improvement, Kaizen, or Six Sigma projects
• Knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, water treatment, and energy systems
• Experience analyzing SCADA/EMS/PI data
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills

We are seeking a proactive Continuous Improvement Specialist specializing in utility operations. The selected candidate will evaluate system performance, conduct energy and efficiency studies, lead improvement initiatives, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure optimized steam, refrigeration, power, and compressed air systems. The role requires strong data-driven thinking, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to drive sustainable improvements.
