Continuous Quality Improvement Manager

What you will do.

Direct organization-wide Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives, designing scalable workflows, SOPs, and operational frameworks to drive clinical and excellence.

Led workflow designs and process mapping projects, utilizing PDSA cycles and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate inefficiencies.

Develop advanced dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to provide leadership with actionable insights and automated performance tracking.

Managed incident reporting, oversaw RCA investigations for adverse events, and chaired Risk Management Committee operations.

Coordinate successful preparations for CARF, AHCA, DCF, and Medicaid audits through internal mock survey's and rigorous corrective action tracking.

Supervised CQI analyst and delivered specialized training to cultivate "Quality Champions" across the organization.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Strong Data analysis and interpretation capabilities.

Strong knowledge of CQI methodologies, RCA, PDSA, Lean/Six Sigma, KPI development, and workflow redesign.

Knowledge of CARF, AHCA, DCF, CMS/Medicaid regulations.

Additional Requirements:

Successful pre-employment medical screening (drug test & TB)

Level 2 Background screening (DCF & AHCA)

Completion of one week orientation

Bachelor’s Degree required in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Quality Management, Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.

Master’s Degree Preferred.

Minimum 5 years progressive experience in healthcare quality improvement, healthcare operations, performance improvement, regulatory/accreditation readiness, data analytics/reporting, or operational excellence/process improvement.

Minimum 2 years leadership or project management experience preferred.
