Job Title: Contract & Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Contract Administrator
Overview: Provides essential clerical and project support to the Contract Administrator, Project Managers and Senior Leadership.
Responsible for:
Ø Entering and maintaining contracts, purchase orders, and change orders in company systems.
Ø Processing executed documents promptly and ensuring accurate records.
Ø Reviewing certificates of insurance for compliance with company standards and entering the company systems.
Ø Assisting with other tasks assigned by management.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Ø Minimum 4 years Administrative Asst experience preferred.
Ø Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365
Ø Adobe
Ø Sage 300 CRE preferred.
Ø Good understanding of construction terminology
Ø Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Ø Notary Public is preferred.
Qualitative and other attributes required:
Ø Ability to plan and organize.
Ø Good client management and goodwill building ability.
Ø Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
Ø Capacity to handle pressure
Ø Strong focus on detail and follow-through
Physical Demands:
Ø Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb stairs frequently.
Ø Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Ø Ability to sit for extended periods of time in front of a computer.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
