Contract Administrator -Job Description

Compactor Rentals of America (CRA) is the fastest-growing provider of commercial trash compactors and balers in the U.S. Our team manages thousands of rental agreements, renewals, and service guarantees across every major market. We’re looking for a highly organized Contract Administrator to help us stay ahead of growth and continue delivering a seamless customer experience. Role Overview The Contract Administrator is responsible for the full lifecycle of CRA’s rental and service contracts. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and the Garbologist team to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, renewed on time, and strategically managed. This role will also leverage CRA’s ERP system and AI-based tools to drive efficiency, improve contract visibility, and streamline renewal and review workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize CRA’s entire contract portfolio using CRA’s ERP system.
  • Track start dates, end dates, renewals, and review periods.
  • Lead renewal campaigns and contract reviews.
  • Prepare end-of-term and renewal communications.
  • Handle customer removal and cancellation requests.
  • Use AI tools to support contract analysis, workflow automation, and KPI monitoring.
  • Track all contract-related KPIs and build dashboards.
  • Improve workflows and ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in contract administration or legal operations.
  • Strong negotiation skills for renewal discussions, customer edits, and commercial terms.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Rental Man).
  • Comfort using AI tools for analysis, automation, and contract workflows.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret contract language and identify risks.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Sheets.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and the Garbologist team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
