We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support our Oil & Gas construction projects in the UAE. The candidate should have 6–12 years of relevant experience in contract administration within Oil & Gas / EPC / heavy construction environments.
The role involves administering main contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and UAE requirements. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contract documents, subcontracts, variations, change orders, claims, extensions of time (EOT), and contractual correspondence; maintaining contract registers and records; supporting project teams on contractual matters; coordinating with procurement, finance, legal, and project controls; and assisting in commercial evaluations and dispute resolution.
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Administration, with strong knowledge of FIDIC/EPC contracts, UAE construction practices, and Oil & Gas project lifecycle.
Key skills include contract drafting and administration, claims and variation management, commercial awareness, risk assessment, documentation control, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with contract management systems is an advantage. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced Oil & Gas construction environment, are essential
