Contract Administrator

Role Description:
CONIN is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with 10 years of professional experience to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met by the company and external parties
- Coordinate with project managers, legal teams, and clients regarding contractual matters
- Track and manage contract variations, claims, and amendments
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and approvals
- Assist in resolving disputes and providing guidance on contractual issues
- Support tendering processes and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and legal regulations
- Provide reports and updates on contract status to management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in contract administration, preferably in construction or engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of contract management processes, legal terminology, and risk management
- In-depth understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of project management and construction processes is an advantage
