Educational Qualification

 UG: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

/ Quantity Surveying / Law / Commerce (Required)

skills (preferred)

 Certification in Contract Management / FIDIC (Preferred)

 Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial practices

 Strong knowledge of contract clauses and

commercial documentation

 MS Excel, Word, and MIS reporting

 Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

Prior experience

 4 to 8 years of experience in contract

administration or commercial roles

 Experience in construction, façade,

infrastructure, or project-based organizations

 Hands-on exposure to FIDIC or bespoke D&B contract
