Contract Agile Project Management Trainer (Kanban) – Onsite in Arizona

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Management Trainer to deliver a 2-day onsite Kanban training program for a field-based agricultural services organization in Arizona.

This is a freelance contractual opportunity ideal for trainers with strong experience in Agile, Kanban, Lean, and operational process improvement.

The training will be highly interactive and tailored to operations managers, team leads, and project managers working in distributed field environments.

Training Details

• Duration: 2 Days (14 total training hours)
• Location: Arizona (Onsite)
• Participants: 10
• Audience: Operations Managers, Team Leads, Project Managers, Cross-Functional Teams

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led onsite training
• Customize training content to align with the client’s operational workflows
• Facilitate simulations, exercises, and practical discussions
• Explain Agile and Kanban concepts with real-world examples
• Provide training materials (trainer retains ownership)
• Ensure an interactive and outcome-focused learning experience

• Value Stream Mapping
• Waste analysis (MUDA, MURA, MURI)
• Bottleneck analysis
• Kaizen concepts
• Simulation exercises and advanced discussions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies
• Experience delivering corporate or professional training
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to apply Agile concepts in real-world operational environments
• Availability for onsite delivery in Arizona

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean or process improvement experience
• Background working with operations, logistics, or field teams
• Experience in agriculture services, field services, or asset-based industries
• Relevant certifications such as:
• Certified Kanban Trainer (CKT)
