Contract Attorney

Overview
The Hughes Group is seeking an experienced Contract Attorney to assist with a growing family law caseload.

The Perfect Candidate Will:

• Work independently with guidance from the senior attorney.
• Take the lead on cases while maintaining collaboration and communication.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and conduct legal research.

Basic qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar license
• Proven experience in legal drafting and research with a strong understanding of various areas of law.

Preferred qualifications:

• 10+ years of family law and litigation experience.
