Contract Attorney

Plaintiff-side complex/class-action litigation firm seeks contract attorney with experience in document review for ongoing securities fraud class-action litigation.

The contract attorney will work with a team of attorneys on an ongoing document review/ research project and receive instructions through email as well as access files and review platform through a home computer. Participation in weekly meetings over Teams is required. The ideal candidate would have experience using the DISCO review platform and experience with securities litigation and class action matters.

Job Type: Full-time, independent contractor.

Salary: $40-$45 per hour, minimum 40 hours a week.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, no set office hours. Work on weekends is allowed if needed to make up time from weekdays.

Location: Completely remote project. Must reside in the U.S. and be licensed to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.

Experience: Experience in document review, writing memos and deposition preparation is preferred.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
