```Duties:```
- Draft and file TM applications with the USPTO
- Prepare responses to office actions and other correspondence from the USPTO
- Conduct TMSearches

```Qualifications:```
- At least 5 years experience
- Strong knowledge of trademark law and procedures
- Excellent writing and communication skills
