Help Wanted: Contract Attorney – Reno/Tahoe Area

Las Vegas–based attorney seeks a reliable and experienced contract attorney to assist with the representation of clients facing civil infractions and criminal citations in courts throughout the Reno/Tahoe region.

This opportunity is ideal for a solo practitioner, semi-retired attorney, or anyone seeking flexible, supplemental income.

Responsibilities include:

• Representing clients in civil infraction and criminal citation matters in Reno/Tahoe area courts
• Communicating with court staff regarding scheduling, filings, and case status
• Preparing and filing motions and other necessary pleadings
• Negotiating with prosecutors to resolve cases
• Appearing in court as needed through the completion of each matter

Qualified applicants should be licensed to practice in Nevada, in good standing, and comfortable handling misdemeanor-level criminal matters and traffic-related cases.
