Contract Claims Manager

Location: Jubail (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

Duration: 1 year renewable contract

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all contractual claims, change orders and potential disputes related to Package 1 are identified, assessed and managed in compliance with the Contract, Project procedures and Company rules, with the objective to protect Project interests, limit cost and schedule impacts and avoid escalation.
• Anticipate, analyze and mitigate contractual and claims-related risks.
• Review and challenge Contractors' claim (entitlement, substantiation, time & cost impacts).
• Coordinate claim defense strategies and support negotiations.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with a professional contracts and procurement background and prior commercial experience.
• Refining and petrochemicals technologies.
• At least 10 to 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas industries.
• Experience in projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia / Middle East.
