Job Summary

The Contract Controller is responsible for ensuring that all contract processes comply with department procedures and company policies. This role involves monitoring and controlling client contracts in the system, ensuring timely processing, and verifying contract details for accuracy. The Contract Controller also supports the Head of Department (HOD) in identifying deviations in processes and implementing improvements. Additionally, this role requires close coordination with the Accounts Department to facilitate contract-related transactions and compliance with financial policies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Contract Management & Compliance:

· Ensure accuracy of contract approvals in the system and compliance with company policies.

· Monitor contract renewals, ensuring they are finalized within deadlines.

· Issue contracts in the system while ensuring all required approvals are in place.

· Verify contract values, terms, and conditions to align with company guidelines.

Process Monitoring & Quality Control:

· Identify and report process issues and ensure the system operates smoothly.

· Conduct data analysis of contracts, identifying trends and potential improvements.

· Work with the Quality Assurance Manager to highlight deviations and propose process enhancements.

· Oversee system operations, identifying and escalating any system-related issues.

Coordination & Reporting:

· Generate and present reports and contract summaries as required by the Manager.

· Track and follow up on renewals, documentation, and client payments as per company policies.

· Coordinate with the Accounts Department on contract-related financial processes.

· Ensure proper documentation and update the credit report in the system.

· Follow up on legal cases related to client contracts and escalate when necessary.

Financial & Credit Control Support:

· Ensure contract payments are collected in accordance with the company’s credit policy.

· Provide accurate contract-related calculations for financial transactions.

· Identify and escalate any issues related to pending contract processes or payment delays.

Qualifications (Required)

· Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Contracts Management, or a related field.

· Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management, financial administration, or compliance roles, preferably in the real estate, property management, or facilities management industry.

Other Skills and Experience Requirements

· Strong knowledge of contract management principles, financial policies, and compliance requirements.

· Proficiency in contract management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess contract accuracy and compliance.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex data.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet strict contract renewal and approval deadlines.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills for liaising with internal teams, clients, and legal departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
