Contract Director (Aramco EPC Projects)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Advisor to join our team for EPC projects with Saudi Aramco. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing Aramco contracts and a proven track record in claims, contract negotiation, and commercial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on EPC, EPCM, LSTK contracts under Aramco regulations and FIDIC guidelines.
• Manage contractual claims, variations, and EOT (Extension of Time) .
• Support contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with Aramco contractual requirements and project commercial policies.
• Conduct risk assessment, dispute resolution, and arbitration support .
• Prepare, review, and approve contract documents, claims, and commercial reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in EPC contract management, preferably with large-scale oil & gas projects.
• Direct Aramco EPC project experience is mandatory .
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, LSTK, and EPCM structures .
• Proven experience in claims management, EOT, delay analysis, and dispute resolution .
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to draft high-quality legal/commercial documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment .
