Contract Enforcement Attorney

Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking a Contract Enforcement Attorney to join our fast-growing team! You will have the opportunity to be mentored by a former Supreme Court Justice and State Senator!

Responsibilities

• Contract enforcement
• Make telephone calls to settle opposing contract breaches
• File summons and complaints
• Draft settlements and default judgments
• Occasionally appear in court
• Move complex matters to Senior Counsel

Qualifications

• Permitted to practice law in New York State
• Minimum 1 year of contract enforcement
• Fluent understanding of electronic filing via NYSCEF

This is role requires onsite work from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY.
