Purpose of Position:
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1. Carryout pre-bid process including collection of data, development of SOW in co-ordination with Operations/Maintenance personnel for services as well as material requiring price agreements.
2. Prepare a bidder list including pre-qualifications where required and development of new & able sources in line with procurement procedures.
3. Prepare bid/RFQ documents and solicit bids as per approved bidder list.
4. Carryout bid analysis and coordinate technical bid evaluation.
5. Carryout price and terms negotiation by adopting the right strategies to ensure overall cost goals are met.
6. Draft proper contracting terms by identifying opportunities and risk, service levels, performance indicators, delivery & quality commitments.
7. Manage post award activities including claims management and build, develop relationship with key suppliers.
8. Analyze past trends and implement improvement measures in contracts for the overall benefit of the organization.
9. Liaise with operations teams for current & upcoming projects and analyze the need to ensure timely availability of services as per the project plans.
10. Perform periodic subcontractor performance review activities aimed at improving supplier performance.
11. Ensures that procurement process is conducted is in accordance with established policies, procedures and is audit complaint.
12. Ensure all legal & client requirements including the ones related to health, safety, environment, and localization are properly addressed in all contracts awarded, in coordination with legal, HSE and operation teams.
13. Carryout logistics coordination as required.
14. Carryout any other activity related to supply chain management as directed by the line manager.
Principal Challenges:
Minimum Academic/ Professional Qualifications:
· Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Petroleum Engineering)
· Diploma in Engineering with higher work experience may be considered
Minimum Work Experience:
· Working experience of 3-5 Years in similar roles
Skills & Competencies Required:
· Complete knowledge drafting, management, and administration of contracts
· Exceptionally good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Maintain high level of ethics, quality safety and environmental standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,073.77 - ₹82,713.93 per month
