Contract Form Builder (FastField) – 1099

Overview

Seek Now is seeking an experienced Contract Form Builder to support ongoing form creation and updates used in field inspection workflows. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, ideal for someone who can jump in as needed to build forms quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.

This role is part‑time with no set schedule. Work will be assigned on an as‑needed basis, and timelines may vary depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and update inspection forms primarily using FastField
• Ensure all forms meet provided design, layout, and functional requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand form use cases and required logic
• Create forms efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Troubleshoot and adjust forms based on feedback or field use
• Meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Required Qualifications

• Hands‑on FastField form building experience (required)
• Strong ability to work quickly and accurately under time constraints
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• Reliable communication and responsiveness when work is assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building forms in JotForm
• Prior experience supporting field inspection, insurance, or property‑related workflows
• Familiarity with conditional logic, calculations, and validation within forms
