About the Role

As a Graphic Designer, you'll support the visual identity of LINKVIVA, by translating marketing briefs into engaging social media designs. You'll come up with the concept and design digital content that's on-brand, performance-focused, and creatively bold - ensuring our visual storytelling is as powerful as our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate marketing briefs into on-brand, high-impact digital designs across social media, websites, PowerPoint presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Create engaging visual assets including social media content, web graphics, presentation decks, email layouts, and supporting digital collateral.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring cohesive application of visual identity, typography, layout, and tone.
Brand Consistency & Creativity
  • Support and apply existing brand guidelines across all creative outputs
  • Offer fresh, creative ideas to evolve LINKVIVA's brand and visuals
  • Take initiative in finding visual solutions that resonate with our audience
  • Work with marketing, content, and platform teams to understand campaign objectives
  • Respond quickly to feedback and adapt designs accordingly
  • Manage files, assets, and working documents in an organized and accessible way
  • Deliver high-quality assets on time and ready for publication
  • Prioritize tasks based on marketing timelines and campaign schedules
  • Maintain version control and deliver clean, editable files
About You
  • Emerging Talent - 3+ years of graphic design experience (internship/freelance/agency) focused on digital or social media
  • Social-Savvy Designer - You understand what performs visually across platforms and how to design for mobile-first
  • Brand Obsessed - You care about consistency and storytelling through visuals
  • Toolbox Ready - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion design is a bonus
  • Detail-Oriented & Reliable - You take ownership of your work and meet deadlines without being chased
  • Collaborative Spirit - You're open to feedback, enjoy working with teams, and want to grow your craft
