Contract Housekeepers – Vacation Rentals - Madras/Redmond $25-$30/hour

iTrip Vacations Northwest is a locally owned vacation property management company, proudly serving a diverse portfolio of short-term rental homes across a two-hour radius—from Mount Hood to Lincoln City. Our properties are listed on major platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and HomeAway.

We’re currently seeking experienced, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team of dedicated contractors in central Oregon, primarily in the Madras and Redmond areas. Position Details:

• Type: 1099 Contractor (Not Full-Time Employment)
• Pay: Paid per property cleaned – average equivalent is $25–$30+ per hour

Schedule:

• Daytime hours
• Weekend and holiday availability needed
• On-call flexibility a plus

Service Area:

• Must be willing to travel within central Oregon, including Madras, Redmond and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize, and reset vacation homes to a “like new” condition
• Vacuum carpets and furnishings; sweep and mop hard floors
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens (toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, appliances, etc.)
• Dust and wipe all surfaces and furniture
• Strip and launder linens and towels, make beds, restock amenities
• Wash dishes or empty/load dishwashers as needed
• Empty trash and sanitize bins
• Perform light exterior cleaning (porches, patios, outdoor furniture)
• Report any damage, repairs, or safety hazards immediately
• Follow company cleaning checklists and standards
• Occasionally perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential or vacation rental cleaning
• Reliable transportation and smartphone (for scheduling and communication)
• Ability to lift/push/pull 25–30 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Must be able to work independently and take initiative
• Weekend/holiday availability is essential
