Job Summary:

The Contract Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution and compliance of consultancy contracts. This role ensures that all terms, deliveries, and obligations are properly implemented according to contract provisions and organizational policies. The manager coordinates between the consultant, supervising authorities, and related entities to ensure high-quality performance, adherence to the Saudi Building Code, and efficient reporting and documentation processes.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the sector’s compliance with supervising the implementation of the contract provisions and the consultants’ work team.
  • Develop work mechanisms and strategies, unify them, and ensure their proper application.
  • Distribute tasks and responsibilities among team members according to their specialties.
  • Managing the relationship with Amanah and tracking invoices with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate between the consultant and other concerned entities such as sub-municipalities, authorized committees, and the grievance committee.
  • Act as the official representative before the supervising authority, responsible for all matters related to the project.
  • Follow up on all types of consultant work, including delivery, inspection, verification, and submitting reports in case of deficiencies.
  • Prepare and review monthly progress reports to ensure their alignment with contract provisions.
  • Submit periodic reports on work performance and progress.
  • Overseeing Amanah Sectors performance and identify areas of improvements.
  • Ensure that the executed quantities are compliant with the contract provisions.
  • Submit periodic reports and performance indicators related to work execution



Academic and professional qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or architectural engineering or relevant.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering regulation, municipal governance, or contract s.


Languages:

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
