Contract Logistics Director

İstanbul lokasyonunda görevlendirilmek üzere;

• University degree from Engineering Faculty (Industrial, mechanical or similar)
• Min. 15 year of relevant experience in logistics, e-commerce / warehousing.
• Fluency in English both in written and speaking
• Analyse and visualize the data and prepare possible forecast scenarios for future
• Familiar with MS Word & Excel, ERP applications. Excel knowledge with full pivot, formulation and macro is plus.

Job Description

• Manage all aspects of lines from customer revenue to operation costs, operational effectiveness and client relationship management.
• Plan, direct and monitor customers’ operations in our logistics warehouses, daily follow up the KPIs as well as costs in order to meet customer’s targets and the company’s goals.
• Create and approve daily, weekly and monthly plans via created annual budget plan or updated customers’ plan
• Prepare daily reports with operation data for analysis on further business development
• Assist Department Supervisors and Managers to monitor the daily operation including productivity performances & KPI
• Work and manage with other stakeholders like subcontractors, blue and white collars in company or outside of the company.
• Ensure about the quality of the operations, HSE requirements, lean activities.
• Aligning with sales for activities and/or campaigns. Managing Discount and Black Friday activity plans. Working closely with Courier companies.
• Actively engaging design, control and manage new warehouse investment according to the new technologies to optimize performance.
• Optimization of existing ERP and WMS and using technology for better KPI implementation and increased visibility.
• Experience in textile and consumer goods is a plus.
• Optimizing the entire supply chain process from sales forecast to delivery of the product to the customer
