About Us

DBL – Design Build Live is a growing construction and design-build company delivering residential and commercial projects with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and professionalism. To strengthen our legal and commercial operations, we are seeking a Contract Management Officer who can independently manage and draft contracts while ensuring legal compliance and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts between clients, vendors, and the company.
• Ensure all contracts comply with the laws and jurisdiction of Pakistan.
• Independently prepare contracts, agreements, MOUs, and addendums.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather contractual requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy in all contractual matters.
• Monitor contract timelines, obligations, renewals, and amendments.
• Identify contractual risks and ensure proper mitigation measures.
• Maintain organized records and documentation of all contracts.

Requirements

• MBA or relevant qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably within construction or real estate.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and compliance in Pakistan.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Strong ethics, honesty, and commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Punctual, hardworking, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
