Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contractual handover and analysis of main contract terms, highlighting obligations, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive commercial performance through strong contractual and commercial management.
• Oversee kick-off meetings, subcontract flow-downs, and support supply chain in negotiations.
• Manage subcontract administration, bonds, guarantees, insurances, and compliance with contract terms.
• Handle variations, claims, and risk management to protect project performance and profitability.
• Represent contracts function in project meetings and ensure quality standards in correspondence.

Experience & Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Project Management, or equivalent (or extensive relevant experience).
• 10–15 years in offshore oil & gas, with proven subsea contracts management experience.
• Previous experience working with or on Aramco projects/accounts is essential.
• Strong background in contracts, legal, and commercial negotiation.
• Experience in subcontract management and international projects highly advantageous.
• Understanding of offshore installation (SURF & Conventional).
• Fluent in English with strong MS Office skills.
