Overview
This role is responsible to provide comprehensive contract management and oversight to safeguard the interests of the Developers throughout the project's lifecycle, particularly in interactions with off-taker, EPC contractor, suppliers, and subcontractors. In addition to monitoring the EPC procurement and supply chain performance.
Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities)

Administer all contracts and agreements during project execution, including handling payment

claims, variation orders, and contract disputes

Responsible for verification of Monthly payment claims, timely issue of payment response and

invoices from EPC contractors & vendors

Maintain Project financial guarantees and insurances documents, necessarily follow up internal /

external to ensure validity & authentication

Assist Project Director for final accounts settlement with EPC Contractors

Manage procurement categories including EPC, construction works, and OEM components -

including Gas Turbines and associated Balance of Plant

Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures, and flag any supply risks

that may impact project timelines or business operations

Serve as a key liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders for procurement activities in

the CCGT project

Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain and provide timely advice to internal teams

Negotiate contracts and optimize pricing and terms with suppliers when/where needed

Drive savings through effective negotiation and procurement best practices

Prepare reports and cost analyses to support procurement decisions
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent

Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management and strategic sourcing experience, preferably in the energy sector

Proven track record in vendor contract negotiations, including EPC contracts, supply agreements,

and long-term service agreement

Hands-on experience in procurement for construction and/or O&M of gas-fired power plants

Industry experience in utilities and/or construction sectors is preferred

Familiarity with SAP Material Management (MM) modules is a plus
