Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Contracts Manager
to join a leading giga project in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing all contractual and commercial aspects of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, manage risks, and support project delivery within budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including tendering, contract formation, negotiation, and administration.

Oversee contractual correspondence, variations, claims, and change management processes.

Ensure all project activities comply with
FIDIC
contract requirements.

Collaborate with project, procurement, and finance teams to monitor budgets and cost performance.

Support dispute resolution and ensure effective risk management across all project phases.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.

Provide expert advice on contractual matters to project leadership.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

5–15 years of experience in
contracts management
within the
construction or infrastructure
sector.

Strong knowledge of
FIDIC
forms of contract (Red, Yellow, or Silver Book).

Experience working with leading
contractors, consultants, or PMC organizations
.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
