Contract Manager

MENA-BIG is a Spanish company specialized in Recruitment Services, Human Resource Consultancy, Administration Management, International Business Development, and Strategic Consultancy, with offices in Europe, the Middle East, and the Gulf Region.

We are seeking an experienced Project/Contracts Manager to join a large-scale transformation project.

About the role:

You will report directly to the Project Director and play a critical role in ensuring that all project activities from design to construction, are executed in strict alignment with contractual terms and project objectives. Your expertise in contract management and project controls will be key to driving success.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate contractors' and suppliers' rates, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Validate cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors).
• Lead financial and economical assessment of proposals, including benchmarking and comparison reports.
• Support budget development, cost control procedures, and cost flow tracking.
• Coordinate change management and assess variations, including unforeseen site conditions.
• Review payment applications and assist in financial close-out and handover.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in contracts and cost management on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and contractual compliance.
• Analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder coordination skills.
