Contract Nurse Practitioner (1099) - Regenerative Therapy

Job Overview

NeoForm Wellness is seeking a Contract Nurse Practitioner (1099) to provide clinical services within our regenerative therapy program.

This is an independent contractor role, responsible for delivering care in accordance with:

  • Applicable state scope-of-practice laws
  • Physician oversight requirements (as applicable)
  • Established clinical protocols and documentation standards

This role is best suited for a Nurse Practitioner who is clinically strong, confident in procedural work, and able to operate independently while maintaining high standards of care, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical assessment, and candidacy determination
  • Perform regenerative therapy procedures and integrative treatments (e.g., joint injections, IV therapies, nebulized treatments) within approved scope, training, and protocols
  • Perform joint injections and related procedures with clinical competence and adherence to established protocols
  • Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and alternatives to support informed consent
  • Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care as clinically appropriate
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the EMR system
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and scope-of-practice requirements
  • Collaborate with internal team members to support continuity of care and patient experience
  • Travel to clinic locations and/or patient homes as needed to deliver care

Contractor Expectations

  • Operate as an independent contractor with control over scheduling within agreed availability
  • Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and professional liability insurance
  • Ensure no conflict of interest with other professional or business activities
  • Follow NeoForm Wellness clinical protocols and documentation standards
  • Provide consistent availability to support patient scheduling and continuity of care

Qualifications

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in CO and ability and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested
  • Board certification (AANP or ANCC)
  • Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

  • Orthopedics
  • Pain management
  • Sports medicine
  • Regenerative therapy or integrative care
  • Experience with joint injections and/or procedural therapies strongly preferred
  • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred based on scope)
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and clinical standards

Compensation

  • Compensation is 1099 and paid per treatment (not hourly or guaranteed income)
  • Earnings vary based on treatments performed, patient volume, and availability
  • Typical monthly range (based on treatment volume): $2,000 – $8,000+
  • This is not an hourly or salaried role

Additional Information

  • Regenerative therapy training may be provided; reimbursement may be available based on service milestones
  • Travel is required; schedule varies based on patient demand and contractor availability

Pay: $2,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
