1. Role Summary
The Contract Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts and order management processes. This role ensures that all agreements are accurately prepared, reviewed, and negotiated in alignment with company policies and commercial objectives. Working closely with suppliers, logistics teams, and customers, the Contract Manager coordinates production timelines, shipment schedules, and delivery performance to guarantee operational accuracy and efficiency. The position also manages documentation, tracks order progress, resolves commercial and operational issues/claims, and provides regular reporting to support decision-making. A focus on risk mitigation, proactive problem-solving, and continuous process improvement is essential to drive optimal commercial and operational outcomes. This role works closely with all internal departments of the company: legal, operations, logistics, analytics, sales and procurement.
2. Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Operations & Order Fulfillment
· Manage the complete lifecycle of buyer–supplier transactions on the marketplace, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and on-time execution.
· Monitor key operational KPIs (order fulfillment rates, lead times, error rates)
2. Team Collaboration & Leadership
· Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and Technology to align operational processes with business objectives.
· Lead and coordinate a cross-functional operations team, including logistics, procurement support, and order management.
· Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities across the team.
3. Contract Negotiations & Coordination & Claims
· Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts and related documentation in coordination with suppliers and customers. Ensure all terms align with company policies and commercial objectives.
· Participate in negotiations with suppliers and customers to secure favorable terms, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
· Collaborate with suppliers, logistics teams, and customers to monitor production schedules, shipment timelines, and delivery performance.
· Maintain complete and accurate records for all operational documents, including purchase orders, specifications, invoices, and shipment records.
· Handle and document supplier and customer requests, modifications, and claims. Ensure claims are resolved efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
4. Reporting & Process Improvement:
Provide management with regular updates on order and contract status, identify potential risks or delays, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or marketplace operations or trading companies
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret KPIs, identify process inefficiencies, and propose data-driven improvements.
· Experience with digital tools, including ERP systems, CRM platforms, workflow automation tools, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
· Knowledge of international trade and logistics, including shipping terms, customs processes, and global supply chain workflows.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships and collaborate effectively with suppliers, clients, and cross-functional teams.
· Strong organizational and multitasking ability, capable of handling multiple orders and projects simultaneously with high accuracy.
· Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently
· Languages: Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus) and willingness to travel when required.

Pay: 80,000.00TRY - 170,000.00TRY per month
