Contract Probate Attorney, licensed to practice law in Florida

Job Summary
Our South Florida insurance defense law firm is seeking a dedicated Contract Attorney with specialized expertise in probate law to bring our current probate caseload to completion as our firm is phasing out of this area of practice. We currently have approximately 50 cases from a variety of Florida counties that are in various phases of the probate process and need an experienced Florida licensed attorney to see them through to completion.

This position would be perfect with an attorney that already handles probate matters within the State of Florida and is looking to increase their caseload. Our firm has an assistant that is thoroughly knowledgeable with these cases that would be assisting in the administrative tasks associated with these files. Bilingual is a plus, as many of our clients are Spanish-speaking.

Pay: $50.00 - $120.00 per hour

Experience:
