CONTRACT REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL FOR CLOSINGS

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Real Estate Paralegal specializing in closings to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support for real estate transactions, ensuring all closing documents are accurate, complete, and compliant. You will help coordinate with clients, lenders and manage a variety of legal tasks related to real estate closings. Proficient E-Closing knowledge required.

Duties

• Prepare and review real estate closing documents, including deeds, affidavits, settlement statements, and title commitments to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with clients, lenders to schedule closings and gather necessary documentation.
• Assist with escrow procedures, ensuring proper disbursement of funds and recording of transactions.
• Maintain organized files through meticulous document management systems;
• Paralegal experience with a focus on real estate closings
