Role Overview: We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter who knows how to move fast, build strong pipelines, and deliver great candidate without sacrificing quality. This role is all about impact stepping in, quickly getting aligned, and driving full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, act as a thought partner (not just an order taker), and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to every search. More specifically, you will:
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, with a strong focus on speed and quality
- Maximize recruiting tool usage achieving strong candidate engagement and response rates
- Partner with hiring leaders to align on role scope, priorities, and recruiting strategy
- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage top talent (active and passive)
- Deliver a high-touch, consistent candidate experience from first contact through close
- Keep pipelines moving, stakeholders informed, and processes efficient
This is a temporary 60-day contract with a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite work three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and departments simultaneously
- Lead intake conversations to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using a mix of tools, networks, and creative outreach strategies
- Partner closely with hiring managers to provide market insight, calibrate candidates, and drive decision-making
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback loops
- Track and manage candidate activity within the ATS with a high level of accuracy and organization
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, challenges, and progress
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively suggest process improvements
- Act as a strong brand ambassador in the market
- Support offer process and collaborate with HR for smooth onboarding handoff
- Contribute to recruiting projects and priorities as needed
Essentials:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms
- Working knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment guidelines
- Experience working with Information Technology, Information Systems, Digital, E-Commerce, Creative Group is a plus

The projected contact hourly rate is estimated at $45.00 - $50.00 per hour, based on years of demonstrated experience, representing the span of the range. The actual compensation will be formulated by the client and may vary based on factors that include, but are not limited to, the position offered, work experience, education, training, and commensurate experience.
