Job Overview

EXIT Capital Realty is seeking a motivated Contract Recruiter to help identify and attract talented real estate agents to join our growing brokerage in the Sacramento region.

This role is strictly an independent contractor position (1099) and not a salaried or hourly employee position. Recruiters operate as self-employed professionals and are compensated through recruitment incentives and commissions tied to successful agent onboarding.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong networking skills who want unlimited earning potential and flexible work hours.

Important Classification Notice

This position is offered as an Independent Contractor (1099).

Contract Recruiters:

• Are not employees of EXIT Capital Realty
• Do not receive hourly wages or salary
• Do not receive employee benefits
• Are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses
• Control their own schedule and recruiting methods

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit licensed real estate agents interested in joining EXIT Capital Realty
• Build relationships with agents from other brokerages
• Attend networking events, industry meetups, and community gatherings
• Promote the EXIT Realty business model and compensation structure
• Introduce potential recruits to the broker for onboarding discussions
• Maintain communication with prospective agents throughout the recruitment process
• Track recruiting activities and referral pipeline

Compensation

Compensation is commission-based only.

Contract Recruiters may earn:

• Recruitment bonuses
• Residual income opportunities through the EXIT Realty sponsor program
• Incentives tied to agent production

There is no hourly pay, base salary, or employee benefits associated with this role.
